Bend & Zen Power Yoga led by Bri B
Power Yoga is sometimes referred to a “gym yoga” because it was designed to be intense enough to be considered a workout. It focuses building stamina, strength, flexibility and endurance because you are holding less poses for longer.
In a Vinyasa Flow each pose is matched with a breath, and all postures are linked together in a continuous movement through a series called Sun Salutations. Vinyasa flows tends to lean more toward building flexibility.
In this class, we blend both approaches to give you the best of both worlds! All levels are welcome!

MEET BRI
Bri Barbieri is an embodiment-based yoga instructor with 5 years of teaching experience.
Her classes blend intentional movement, breath, and presence to help students reconnect with themselves—not perform for anyone else. Bri teaches with a focus on exploration, regulation, and reclaiming the body as a sacred space. Expect practices that are grounding, playful, and rooted in self-awareness.
