Hola Yoga
At Hola Yoga, we know that yoga is about living skillfully. We believe that cultivating a sense of connection within a community is essential for our well-being and inspires us to live with more compassion.
We know there are many ways to approach yoga, so our offerings range from meditation to gentle movement, to vigorous vinyasa. While we emphasize good form, we recognize that alignment looks different for everybody and encourage students to move in ways that support the notion that they know their bodies best.
Hola is a welcoming environment that provides our diverse group of students a place to explore and discover the connection between mind, body, and soul. And while we value intentional and precise movement, finding stillness and rest can be just as valuable. The most skillful yoga moments happen when we focus on being present instead of perfect and emphasize our spiritual wellness over our ego. Our mission will always be to infuse our community with more mindfulness, self-awareness, and physical well-being, one yoga class at a time.

MEET KENIEHA
Kenieha Boren (Kenny Rae) is a certified yoga teacher, poet, and healing arts practitioner based in Nashville, TN. Her classes blend gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful stillness—inviting students to reconnect with their bodies, regulate the nervous system, and hold space for emotional release. Rooted in both creativity and somatic healing, Kenieha’s teaching offers a soft landing for anyone seeking presence, rest, and self-compassion.
Outside the studio, Kenieha is the creator of Write and Release, a community event combining restorative yoga, poetry, and sound healing, and the lead facilitator of Embodied Memories, a writing and mindfulness workshop series supported by Metro Arts. Through all of her offerings, she invites others to come home to themselves—through movement, story, and breath.
