Whether it’s to take the stress away from breaking a fast or wanting to find juice cleanse options, our local juice bars + superfood restaurants offer curated items + meal plans to best satisfy your diet needs.

Intermittent calorie restriction has been shown to aid in weight loss and biomarker improvement. Take the stress out of dieting with a set plan that allows for the consumption of your normal foods in between. On this plan, you can choose from one to three days (we are always happy to customize if you would prefer to do more than three days). You will consume one Pure Organic Celery Juice upon wakeup which will keep your body in fasting mode. You will then consume fresh juice from our local juice bars a few hours later throughout the rest of the day.

The hustle of the typical day tends to coincide with an influx of stress, bad eating habits, and lethargy. The STARTER | Intermittent Fast and juice cleanse program intends to put you back on track with an influx of nutrients via whole, plant-based foods. We recommend consuming water in between each E+ROSE item to maximize hydration, and we recommend abstaining from other foods and caffeine. If, however, you find yourself needing more food, we suggest eating raw fruits, vegetables, and/or nuts.

the PLAN

Over the course of this meal plan, we recommend drinking the Pure Celery juice right after you wake up. The Pure Celery will not break your fast – and the goal is to have at least 16 hours from your prior meal until the fast is broken. About 3-4 hours after the Pure Celery, you will want to delve into the Cold Snap and pack in the rest over the next 8 hours. If you find yourself needing more food, that is ok! – we suggest eating raw fruits, vegetables, and/or nuts to complement what has been provided.

The duration of this plan can be for as long as you like! For maximum results, we highly recommend doing one of our Juice Cleanses immediately prior to our Intermittent Fasts, however you can utilize this as an eating plan at any time!
