We have chosen our most nourishing, detoxifying, and delicious juices from our local juice bars, and fresh plant-based selections from our health food restaurant fit perfectly for you! From once a month to once a week – this plan has no limits, can be customized to better suit your needs, and is fully loaded with the nutrients you deserve.

The hustle of the typical day tends to coincide with an influx of stress, bad eating habits, and lethargy. The ADVANCED Intermittent Fast and juice cleanse program in Nashville intends to put you back on track with an influx of nutrients via whole, plant-based foods. This is a three day plan that can be done three days in a row or spread out over the week. We prefer a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule for this fast, however we will work with you to provide what is best for you! Please note, you may need to come in on multiple days to pick up your products.

the PLAN

The power of pure celery juice has been well documented, and we recommend drinking this nutritional beauty right after you wake up. The Pure Organic Celery juice will not break your fast – and the goal is to have at least 16 hours from your prior meal until the fast is broken. About 3-4 hours after the Pure Organic Celery, you will want to nourish your body with the Organic G6 and Curried Lentil Cake Salad. For a mid-afternoon snack we suggest the Organic Orchard, followed by the West by Southwest Salad for a delicious dinner and the Brownie Bites for dessert. This order is recommended as it is meant to maximize each item’s nutrients and provide you with the most pleasant experience. If, however, you desire to change it up, this should not negatively affect the outcome of your eating plan, so long as you stick to consuming the juice and food after the Pure Celery and within an 8-hour timeframe.

For the next two days, you will follow the same schedule, but the Organic All Greens will be substituted for the Pure Organic Celery. This juice will also not break your fast and will provide a plethora of nutrients to start your day.

We recommend consuming water between each E+ROSE item to maximize hydration and abstain from caffeine. If you find yourself needing more food, that is ok! – we suggest eating raw fruits, vegetables, and/or nuts to complement what has been provided.
