Grab your mat and join E+ROSE Wellness for a high-energy, strength boosting Yogalates workout. Fire up your core and crank up the intensity, to get out of your head and get into your muscles. This class mixes pilates, bodyweight strength based exercises, and interval training, with the mindfulness and foundation of yoga. All levels are welcome!
