Celebrate Earth Day with us at E+ROSE in a special Inspire Wellness Club workshop designed to help you reconnect with the Earth and nourish your wellness from the inside out.
We’ll kick off the evening with a calming grounding practice to center ourselves and set an intention for the experience ahead. Then, get your hands in the dirt with Juliana, our in-house E+ROSE plant enthusiast, as she guides you through potting your very own herb or succulent while sharing the benefits of plant care. Discover how to nurture your plants—and in turn, nourish the world around you.
We’ll also hear from Vanessa, founder of Ground and creator of Daily Dirt, who will speak on the benefits of soil-based probiotics and why reconnecting with the earth through your gut health matters more than ever.
To round out the experience, sip on one of our refreshing green superfood smoothies while you paint and personalize your new plant’s pot — a perfect Earth Day keepsake to take home.
