All wholesale juices have an extended shelf life. This shelf life is made possible through High-Pressure Pasteurization (HPP) and a low pH process. At E+ROSE, we believe in delivering only the highest quality cold-pressed juices—made with the finest ingredients and crafted to preserve maximum nutritional value. Our process starts with carefully sourced, organic produce, and is powered by the industry-leading cold-press juicers. These commercial-grade machines are designed to extract the most nutrients possible while preserving the integrity of the ingredients.
True Cold-Pressed
Unlike traditional juicers, our juicer does not force produce against sharp screens. Instead, it uses hydraulic pressure to gently squeeze the juice. This process, done without any heat, ensures that the nutrients are preserved and the juice stays fresh for longer.
Separating Good from the Rest
All of the indigestible fiber— such as skin, seeds, and stems— is left behind in the fresh filter press bag, ensuring only the purest, cleanest juice makes it into your bottle. This pulp can then be composted, ensuring minimal waste.
High-Pressure Pasteurization (HPP) & Low pH Process
Once the juice is extracted, it undergoes High-Pressure Pasteurization (HPP) to further preserve its freshness and extend its shelf life. This process uses high pressure (rather than heat) to eliminate harmful pathogens while retaining the juice’s vital nutrients and flavor. Additionally, we ensure the juice has a low pH, which further helps to naturally preserve the juice without the need for preservatives.
