Pure Barre uses a mix of strength & cardio movements to target every major muscle group in 50 minutes or less with purposeful, small movements. Featuring musically-driven choreography for a fresh and effective full-body workout that benefits clients at every fitness level, and protects your joints from injury while you strengthen and tone your entire body. If you have bala bangles and would like to wear them, they are optional for class!
