THE | PLAN

The power of pure celery juice has been well documented, and we recommend drinking this nutritional beauty right after you wake up. From there, the Root Down about 60 minutes later, and the Organic Detox another 60 minutes after. The Big Cherry is your lunch, the Matcha an afternoon snack, and the Hot Kale Salad is your delicious dinner. We recommend this order as it is meant to maximize the nutrients in each item and to provide you with the most pleasant experience. If, however, you desire to change it up, this should not negatively effect the outcome of your eating plan.

The duration of this plan can be for as long as you like! For maximum results, we highly recommend doing our 3-day REVIVAL program immediately prior to the POST | REVIVAL, however you can utilize this as a healthy eating plan at any time!

The hustle of the typical day tends to coincide with an influx of stress, bad eating habits, and lethargy. The POST | REVIVAL program intends to put you back on track with an influx of nutrients via whole, plant-based foods. We recommend consuming water in between each E+ROSE item to maximize hydration, and we recommend abstaining from other foods and caffeine. If, however, you find yourself starving for more food, we suggest eating raw fruits, vegetables, and/or nuts.
