[SOLIDCORE] MAT CLASS
A 30-minute, full-body, strength-training workout that uses slow, controlled movements to break down the slow-twitch muscle fibers so that they build back stronger and leaner. This pilates-inspired workout is high intensity, low impact using slow and purpuseful movements to target core, lower & upper body.
With focus on empowering [communities] and creating a space where everyone feels inspire, included, and seen, [solidcore] is on a mission to help people create the strongest version of themselves. All levels welcomed. Be ready to sweat, shake, and come back wanting more!
