MEET KENZIE
Kenzie is the Owner x Founder of The Format and one of our most beloved Head Sculpt Instructors. Her longtime passion for dance and movement, quickly evolved into a passion for fitness and overall wellness after an injury hindered her from continuing on in her dance career. Longing to fill the void that not dancing had left her with, Kenzie was introduced to the Lagree method. One thing led to another, and within just a few years of taking class, she was trained, on the mic, and became the owner of True Form. In 2024, Kenzie took her love for movement, and got Pilates certified. Six months later, she created the Format — combining strength & pilates, for the ultimate workout experience. Her love for the Lord, people, fitness, and all things health, are what keep her going day in and day out, and her classes will leave you feeling more energized & stronger with every moment.
