A day set aside to recognize the goals and positive impacts nonprofits have on communities and the world. Today, and everyday, we are pleased to support a nonprofit organization in our very own Wedgewood Houston neighborhood, Humphreys Street.
"Humphreys Street is a nonprofit organization that provides pathways out of poverty for South Nashville youth by creating local job opportunities, teaching money management and workforce development, and cultivating a culture of mentoring. All of our coffee is roasted, produced, and packaged by students in our program. As a part of teaching our students to pursue excellence and find pride in their work, we strive for the highest degree of quality in all of our products from start to finish. We source our coffee with the goal of honoring the work of producers from around the world, and our roasting process focuses on excellence in every step.”
